Logistics Customer Relationship Manager

The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
  • Managing customer related projects.
  • Understanding and maintaining operational process and drive operational excellence.
  • Driving SLA requirements nationally for the customers
  • Weekly monthly KPI reports for customers.
  • Analyzing the KPI reports and identifying trends to assist organisation and the customer to manage expectations.
  • Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

Minimum requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
  • Strong analytical capability.
  • Superior knowledge of Logistics service offerings.
  • A team player with leadership skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
  • High degree of confidentiality
  • Highly organised and structured
  • Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail
